This means that we are authorized by the state of North Carolina to build residential or commercial structures with no limit to the amount of financial contracts entered, in contrast to an individual who holds a Limited GC license with a "Residential" Classification that cannot enter into combined contracts totalling over $350,000 and is limited to building only houses.
