We are centrally located in the Piedmont region of the beautiful state of North Carolina. We sell our residential homes to retail customers within a 45 mile radius of Rockwell, which is just southeast of the Rowan county seat, Salisbury. By narrowing our focus to this area, it allows us to to oversee the work our subcontractors will perform on your new endeavor, thereby guaranteeing quality performance.
Safety shelters, which are installed in less than a day, have a much broader territory and the delivery charge will be determined by the distance from Rockwell, NC to your location, whether you're in NC, SC, TN, VA, WV, KY or GA. As manufacturer, we're currently looking for dealers interested in adding storm shelters & safe rooms to their offering package. Call for more details.
For commercial building jobs outside of our servicing territory, we are happy to coordinate the necessary field-work through you & your site contractor, along with our delivery & set-up crews. We've placed many buildings along the Eastern coast, from Kentucky to New York to South Carolina and everywhere in between, just call & ask, maybe we can!
